BERCHIL PREMIUM CAR is responsible for the physical execution of tourist transport and tour services in Morocco through licensed drivers and authorized vehicles, in compliance with Moroccan tourism and transport regulations.

2. Services Provided

Book Your Morocco Tours offers:

  • Private transfers

  • Day trips and excursions

  • Multi-day tours and customized circuits

  • Car rental with driver and tourist transport services

All services are provided by professional drivers and licensed local partners operating legally in Morocco.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when:

  • The customer receives a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp, and

  • Any required deposit or full payment has been received.

Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information. The company is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect details.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in the selected currency and may vary depending on:

  • Season

  • Availability

  • Vehicle category

  • Group size

Payments may be made by:

  • Credit or debit card (via Stripe)

  • Other methods displayed on the website

All payments are processed securely. BERCHIL CAR LTD does not store card details.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are detailed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy page, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary:

  • Free cancellation may apply if cancelled within the allowed timeframe shown on the booking page.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged partially or fully.

  • Refunds, when applicable, are processed via the original payment method.

  • Change itineraries when necessary due to weather, safety, road conditions, or operational reasons

  • Replace vehicles or drivers with equivalent alternatives

Such changes will not affect the overall quality or value of the service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Follow driver and guide safety instructions

  • Be on time at agreed pickup points

The company is not responsible for service disruption caused by customer delays or misconduct.

8. Insurance and Liability

BERCHIL CAR LTD and its operating partners hold professional civil liability insurance covering passenger transport and tourism services, in accordance with Moroccan regulations.

However, the company is not liable for:

  • Personal belongings lost or stolen

  • Delays caused by force majeure (weather, strikes, road closures, accidents, government actions)

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all customers.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political events

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

  • Transport disruptions

In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be considered when possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, branding) is the property of BERCHIL CAR LTD or its partners and may not be used without written permission.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law for contractual matters related to the website and payments, and by Moroccan law for transport and tourism operations conducted in Morocco.
