By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Conditions
Cancellation and refund rules may vary depending on the service (transfer, day trip, multi-day tour, or private custom tour).
Specific conditions are always shown on each service page and in the booking confirmation message.
This policy defines the general framework applicable to all bookings.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
2.1 Free Cancellation
Free cancellation may be available if the booking is canceled within the time limit indicated on the service page or confirmation email.
Typical conditions:
- Free cancellation up to 24 or 48 hours before the service start time (depending on the service).
When applicable, a full refund will be issued.
2.2 Late Cancellation
If cancellation occurs after the free cancellation deadline:
- A partial refund may apply, or
- The booking may be non-refundable.
This is due to operational costs already committed, including:
- Vehicle and driver scheduling
- Fuel and logistics
- Hotel, guide, or activity reservations (for multi-day tours)
2.3 No-Show
If the customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup point and time, and no prior cancellation is received:
- The booking will be treated as a no-show
- No refund will be issued
3. Cancellation or Modification by the Company
We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Road closures or accidents
- Vehicle issues
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
In such cases, we will offer when possible:
- An alternative service of equal value, or
- A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
4. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
- Processing times depend on banks and payment providers and may take several business days
Payment processor fees may not be refundable.
5. Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to:
- Illness
- Missed flights
- Personal emergencies
are evaluated case by case and are not automatically refundable, especially for last-minute cancellations.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
6. Partial Use of Services
If a service or tour is started but not completed due to customer decision:
- No refund will be provided for unused portions
7. Private and Customized Tours
Private tours, group bookings, and tailor-made itineraries may have stricter cancellation terms, clearly stated in:
- Email confirmations, or
- Individual booking agreements
8. How to Cancel
